Default Car Show Classes

When I entered my 1996 LT4CE in local car shows there was no doubt that it was modified. My 2000 is all stock except for: Silver Stem Caps, Back up Camera, Wi Fi phone adapter and seat belt pads, Can I still enter in Stock Class. Thanks

The way I understand it ... if there is no modified class, you can enter stock. However, the truly stock cars will be given better scores by the judges.

What shows are you referring to? Last year all the Corvette car club shows I attended separated the cars by generation, with some clubs separating out the Z06s and Grand Sports. This was a change for Corvette Spectacular and Vette-O-Rama, where the cars used to be separated into stock, custom, modified and competition classes. There also used to be a park and show class.

There is a concours type car show next year where Corvettes will be one of the marque cars. In that show they will deduct for modifications that deviate from stock.

We do not judge the cars at the Abel Chevrolet car show. We tried it once and the old saying "you can't please everyone" definitely held true. We decided to just give everyone a place to come hang out for the day, talk cars, win some raffle prizes and not have any of the car show politics involved.
