Totally agree Dave. Yes, I will submit a review on Yelp. This shop already has 3 stars after 153 review, Many stories similar to my story. Like they paid for tire rotation and they were not rotated. Or poor oil change job.

I will also send a copy to their headquarters and the shop itself. Decided not to do BBB yet. And finally I already let my friends and family, and our forum know.

I commend your sensitivity, I do. However, this isn’t your problem that they’re working hard in the wet and cold. You worked (whatever you do) and exchanged your earnings for someone else to perform a job for you. Both parties agreed to the terms. In the end it’s not a lot of $ but that’s $ you could have donated to help starving children or veterans with disabilities, money better spent for those causes. These people are more deserving. Now, if they really did the work they deserve to be paid, it appears they didn’t but it’s hard to say unless you watched them.

I think I would detail what happened on Yelp. Maybe you could save someone else from going through what you went through or worse.

I think you can file a complaint online.

In this case, I think a negative Yelp is appropriate.

I have successfully used BAR on a crooked body shop on another car.
