That's giardia. Easy to get if you drink out of streams w/o filtering or treating.

I like it, but it's kind of expensive for what you get.

Giardiniera is an Italian or Italian-American relish of pickled vegetables in vinegar or oil.

Dave, surely you know that all of us CFOT'rs are ballers and we don't give a ratz azz what it costs if we want it. I mean, sure, we could cut up all those carrots, onions and whatever to make this relish but, we don't do that. Sure, we have people that could do that but we like the way those real I Talians do it.

Some of us go overboard on things like this. I mean, like those guys that have it flown in. Or even worse, those that fly to Italy just to get it. I myself would not do that. Now, I might fly to europe to get a number of things such as real roqueford cheese, maybe a few cases of fine French wine, some German snitzel and then maybe some of that I talian Giardia or whatever it is called. But damn if I am going to try to make any of that myself.

I get them at Sam's club, $6.50 for a bigass jar. Although haven't had any since I left for school.
