Can we use it on the Editors?

I tried that when I bought my first Corvette. Didn't help, it got stolen anyway. Got stolen from in front of my house at night while I was asleep.

It was pretty interesting the last time it was discussed.

I am working hard on being more positive in my posted responses, I noticed they seem to be mostly all complaints , and then you run this highlight of western literature.

They get paid for word count, not quality or journalistic integrity.

It cannot be this difficult to find someone who can write, has a knowledge base about the Corvette, can find meaningful topics to discuss and not bore, annoy, and irritate the reader.

I would like to see photos of the "editors" at work. I have a mental image. Now THAT is a topic worth discussing.

Oh, and I like the phrase "chime in". Does anyone say that in the real world?

I agree that we need to have better topics posted here, but, in this day & age, you would most likely get sued if you rigged a package like this & the would be thief ran away & fell on your property

I think the "Editors" are here to stay. In spite of posting mostly crap articles written by people that don't seem to have much (if any) knowledge of Corvettes.

I find it interesting that none of these "Editors" have responded to replies in any of the threads they start no matter how good or bad they are. Wonder why? Maybe they aren't really live members? Maybe they're bots going out and finding articles and assuming we will read them?

I think it would be nice if these people would take the time and tell us what the point of the articles are and why some of them have errors. Any decent writer would, or at least should, check for facts and make sure that an article has some real purpose and accuracy in the story.

So are we crapping on the fake shotgun idea, or the editors? I need to know what I'm supposed to be piling on here before I summon up my **** and vinegar.

We are really scraping the bottom of the barrel here. Now we are bending other stories to suit a Corvette outlook...Oh my.

They're real people. One uses her real name under the Editor title and you can find her with a quick Google search (but don't post any pic you might find that way). Someone recently posted a link to an IB ad looking to hire "editors" for this and other IB-owned sites. They pay by the word and the entire goal is to generate traffic for the homepage, which I suspect is key to what they charge vendors and advertisers here.

That said it would be nice if they would respond in the threads they start and it would be nice if they posted relevant and interesting articles that are actually about Corvettes.

Recently purchased my first vette. Didn't want to leave it outside. Only have one space so parked the Malibu in the driveway. First week the hubcaps were stolen. I love this idea.
