I don't have the huge font (using FF on Mac OS High Sierra), but everything else is stretch. The quick reply box stretches across the entire window, but everything except what I'm inputting for text looks smaller with tons more white space.

There is nothing wrong with a stripped-down Basic editor, simple is better.

The font is easy to fix, that missing navigation tree at the bottom not so much.

I found I could not paste anything to a post. Makes it impossible to link anything.

We've made a few adjustments that modernize the underlying layout code so the site can be better optimized for various screen sizes. In the time since CorvetteForum's layout first took shape, screens have gone from being essentially 'one size fits all ' to every size imaginable. The changes we made are mostly done to better accommodate this. The smiley selector, for example, is now large enough to let you tap individual smilies if you're using a tablet, while some of the spacing and text adjustments were done to help with overall legibility.

Simultaneously, we also updated the post editor to include the ability to view your formatting in real-time. If you previously used our stripped-down Basic editor, you may notice the toolbar from the advanced editor is now standard.

We're still fine-tuning a few parts, including the look of the image uploader. We also have an update coming down the pipe that will replicate the convenience of the old bottom link tree.

Thank you!
Where's the Thanks button?

Never leave anything alone that works. Find some way or excuse to screw it up.

I never understand why sites do this. My cable company just decides one day to change it and I to this day hate it, and absolutely no reason to do so.

The thanks button is available across all the Corvette-specific sections as it has been.

You should be able to paste as long as you have the post editor active. Please try clicking the editor to make sure your cursor is visible, then paste. If it still doesn't work, please let me know what browser are you using.

It's available under our main navigation's "Tools" dropdown menu just like before (click "Live Feed"). Alternatively, you can access it directly at https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...product=vblive.
