Get one of those plastic scraping things for cleaning pots and pans. It will take that road paint right off. And it won't hurt the truck's paint.

You might want to try "Goof Off" before you let a detail shop try. Goof Off won't hurt your paint, but I'd recommend washing the surfaces you use it on. I've used it on our Lexus with no problem.

3/M eraser wheel, maybe try Seafoam first....yes, Seafoam. Works great without hurting the paint. I threatened the Seafoam rep with physical violence if it hurt my paint.
