I am a n00b, but to me it was as good as Weller Special Reserve at half the price and a lot easier to find. But its very good, its the best bourbon I have had so far.

I secured myself a new job at a much higher salary and bonus plan. I resign my current gig tomorrow morning. Can't wait.
Also, today is my 28th wedding anniversary.
I will for sure be enjoying some Blanton's and a cigar later tonight.

I don't know which is more exciting - scoring a bottle of Blanton's or getting a great new job.

Will do. I'll be back on the 26th.

Can you like with it being transported in a non-Ford?

Yes, always. Plus the Ports have liquor also, all duty free.

The guy on the ship told me Royal is a big Buffalo Trace distributor. I know from talking to other owners of liquor stores BT has done 100 percent sales allocation so a lot of smaller places are hardly getting anything while Costco and other places are now their number one for allocation leaving everyone out.

I don't know how many bottles of Weller and Blanton's they got in but said it was a lot.

Plus there are items you cannot buy here. The Balvenie I bought is only sold at duty free outlets and they have a Macallan that was the same. I bought Johnny Walker Island Green which was pretty decent and only sold in ports.
