In that industry (compressed air), that utility is the life blood of most manufacturing facilities. And those that depend on it know how hard it is to find someone that is both (very) good and reliable. They would pay through the nose, but didn't have to, to actually get the service T&GN is bragging about. I was on call 24/7 for six years straight. Answered my phone any time of the day or night. Spent four hours one Thanksgiving night helping one of my customers when it wasn't even my stuff failing.

Nobody could have given that customer service for free and taken them from me.

Did you read how Important I said Customer Service was? Most contractors have ZERO customer service or followup after the check has been cashed.

Customers will pay a Massive Premium Price for amazing customer service.

Disney and others charge Huge prices to get their BEST service.

You can be plenty profitable without gouging people believe me they remember the price. Success is great and all but it never ceases to amaze me how the wealthiest guys I know couldnt buy themselves one person that wanted to be around them.
You're brain dead wrong.

Most people can't remember the name of the plumber they used 6 months ago. FACT!

Don't go spouting **** you know nothing about.

If I'm not profitable my employees will lose their jobs, I can't fund their 401(k), benefits plan, new vans, tools, etc...

Do you think Apple, Microsoft, GM run this way?
Are you serious ?
Maybe capitalism really is beginning to run amuck.
