I just tend to make my own seasonings. I have half of an entire cabinet just for spices.

I think I have some Old Bay, Tony Chachere's, maybe some Beau Dumonde but that's about it. Oh yeah, I have Montreal for some chicken and steaks. I'm not against them just haven't tried many. I'd rather just know what's in each of them and make it myself.

It's pink, but it's not that Himalayan stuff.

Large soft flakes crumble easily between your fingers. Delicate taste. A little pricy and a fair bit more expensive than last time I bought it. I bought a pound in 2011 for $11. The link is to a 5.25oz package for $17. I don't use a lot of salt so I still have quite a bit left from the pound bag.

Do yourself a favor and try this stuff.
