What are the wells like in the area--gallons per minute.
Check on well istallation restrictions from the .gov.

Sounds like you have an outdoors man cave. In that case you may want to find out if anyone on the property line with you is running cattle. If so see if you can get an Ag exemption by leasing some acreage to them and throw in a steer for your organic beef. If you’re dealing with an agent that does farms and ranches, that agent should be able to knock your questions out bang, bang, bang and give you some tips that a local would know. If you do this right, you could really have a great time with that price of land. You can have a pole barn without sides and ends and park a 5th wheeler under it so you can slide your slide outs out. Just pay the plate fee and no property tax like a cabin or small house.
