Yes. I assume if I tossed my money on the counter like they are a second class citizen, they might take issue with it too.

I don't give a **** if I am buying gum or a Kobe steak, I expect customer service. Their JOB is to be the face and attitude of the company. If they hate the job and people, they are in the wrong wrong job.

Not bad, but I only eat fast food occasionally when in a rush. If Chic Fil A is next to one of the other fast food joints, then I would go to Chic Fil A.

Really like the chicken nuggets. Service is really good by folks who seem to be intelligent and actually speak decent english. Both of them around here are packed at lunch time.

So if you are ordering off of the dollar menu at a fast food joint you would expect white glove service? What reality do you live in?

Sweet tea, waffle fries and chicken nuggets, while on a road trip, and that's it. The rest is gross if you're used to good food.

IMO the best fast food with great service. One thing different is they'll say "My pleasure" in lieu of "You're welcome". And as others have mentioned not open on Sundays... it's a southern thing ya'll.

Decent food for fast food. Fattening but tasty. My fave is the chicken strips and waffle fries. Fresh lemonade.

Yep, it's fast food but so far each of them that I've ever eaten at has a serving staff that could best be described as "polite professional". Somewhat reminiscent of the Amish or Mennonites.

The chain's policies and the religious opinions/practices of the founder (southern and Christian) and his family may not appeal to everyone.

And they're closed on Sundays for that reason.

Bottom line, it's fast food and not the cheapest but they have some unique tastes and they do fast food right.
