I actually saw her in a Safeway after that all went down. Took me a second to realize who it was. Wife asked if she was buying kitchen knives.

Just in case anyone was wondering, and because it was asked elsewhere, Ricky is doing quite well considering. He is on six meds: two pain pills, a puppy downer to keep him from getting too excited and active, an antibiotic, Benadryl, and Pepcid. About need a spreadsheet to keep up with them all. Eating and drinking as normal. Pooping and peeing. Pee hole is basically where his nuts used to be. Pretty inactive but that’s a good thing while he she they heals. Haven’t really looked too close “down there” but the area is bruised and swollen. Has control of his bladder, which we were told he would. Wearing the cone of shame for the next week or two.

This will be him for the next several days. Hope for a full recovery. Depends on the results of the biopsy, which we should have Monday, to know if he’ll need additional treatment, e.g., chemo/radiation.

It is a PITA. Have to feed and water him by hand and it gets caught on everything because he is low to the ground, but he ain’t moved a whole lot from that spot so there’s that. He does seem comfortable thnaks to being all doped up.
