Been to both and while Cabo is nicer and more upscale, I have spent more than enough time in Mexico for both business and pleasure to want to go back again.

Dry Tortugas is a gem. Lots of history and dive/snorkel is prime.

Yes, I recall your love for the area and it is not misjudged. Good on you.

I went to New Jersey once.

22 years.
Never been anywhere.

Had a sick day a few years ago.

Just kill me.

Level 2 is nothing. Even Level 3 is no big deal. All safer than a Saturday night in NOLA. There are no safe spaces, folks.

Lots of fun and safe places to holiday in the tropics. Too many to choose from.

Why don’t you just do the South of the border Cabo type things and go to the Mexican places in the Keys!

We’re headed back to Cabo in mid May..been going 22 years.

And many of the larger rental homes in Pedregal on the Pacific side include a maid and chef-

Just a 90 minute ride from Phoenix.

We’ll go back again in October after hurricane season.

Well never been to Cabo,,, but would love to fish there. I vote Keys,,,, of course I live there. Get a high end place in Islamorada,, all the fishing, diving, fishing, restaurants, boating, fishing, drinking, fishing and relaxing a man needs. A short plane and car ride from MIA. How cold is the ocean in Cabo??

As a sidebar,,, we have a friend that does high end rentals,, reach out if interested. See here:
