I haven't eaten anything sugary for over a year, and I don't crave those things either.

Our (pudgy) director of engineering is clueless - no matter how much I complain he keeps bringing in ******* doughnuts.

He brought Krispy Kremes in yesterday. I wasn't even tempted to touch them.

We have other, smarter, managers in our company. They pay attention and bring string cheese and salami - stuff that people who are trying to stay low-carb can actually eat. God bless those managers who actually get it.

This. I've been working out a lot lately and I may want some bad stuff but I don't want to give up what I've accomplished so far. Still a long way to go though.

How are you feeling??? Seriously????? Is it turning your health around?????

And actually Caesar dressing is I think one of the healthier dressing choices! If you just ate Caesar salads, not as much health punch for the buck, but it isnít terrible for you!

When I did some serious and disciplined health eating long term to get some correction of some things, I threw in a few rewards, but planned and in serious moderation.

If I had like a full can of spinach for dinner, my reward was maybe a few slices of dried salami! If I had water with lemon, or other pure high ph drink, Might throw in a 1/2 glass of low fat, minimum sugar milk. Etc etc

My favorite turned out to be guacamole dip and light on the chips, heavy guacamole scoop on each chip! I was liking like Progressive mushroom soup, with real mushrooms! I was was eating like threaded wheat cereal with banana, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries etc cut up, and no sugar except the milk! I made cucumber, onion, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, squash salads with lemon and light Caesar! I was snacking on almonds, green beans.

Slightly better than a bowl of steam!!!!

I used to chuck my vegetables into cheap top ramen broth, for El Cheapo veggie punch! Much better with a beef, chicken, or pork broth flavor!!!! I throw them in raw, as cooking kills some of the nutritional value!
