I broke my femur in a motorcycle wreck 2.5 years ago. Titanium rod and numerous screws to hold it together. After two surgeries still not fully healed. Good luck.

I know 7 people who died riding a quad runner. Maybe soon 8 people.

They definitely can be dangerous. 7 people to personally know that died on quads is a bit crazy tho. How did this hat? What kind of horrible accidents could cause 7 deaths?

Not all at once, but individually they were running fast and a few were jumping mounds of dirt when the quad flipped over and landed on them.

I broke my ankle in Nov. Plate and screws to put it together. Still unable to walk right. Was told 6 moths to feel almost normal and 1 year for the swelling to be gone. One split second can cause a lot of inconvenience.

Life is gonna suck for a bit. I broke my ankle riding a quad because my dumb *** wasn't wearing appropriate footwear. I'm guessing yours broke where it did because you were.

Both my sisters are nurses. Some guy came into the ER one day after wrecking on a quad. My sister was suctioning out his mouth and this whitish material started coming out....brain tissue.

No thanks!

Get well and take care. The OP should try something safer.

hopefully someone you know was there to punch you in the mouth. when breaking limbs in out of the way places like dirt tracks or ski mountains, that punch can help take your mind off the broken limb for a while and help create adrenaline. get well soon.

Does your doctor post in the C8 section? Good luck and I hope you heal fast.
