or perhaps Daffy; anyway, I have one in my garage that weighs more than that one. Many safes have 4 stationary wheels pointing in the same direction. So to move mine I use my floor jack to just take a bit of weight off the front wheels so I can roll it and turn it. Works just fine, but don't get cute with it like this dimwit did or after the safe is finished you'll be headed to the vault in the morgue . . .
