Because six months from now buyer is going to want to know where he bought some tile, an appliance, or
or carpet that needs to be matched up.

Lars is going to remember the thank you and will happily call the buyer back with info.


It's that or buyer is looking for a threesome with Mr. and Mrs. Lars. But since it is Lars let's just assume buyer will want info in the future.
