Owner says 'We don't sell a lot of stuff over $20 a bottle here and they sent it to me and I can't get rid of it'.

And because Prohibition was never actually repealed we now have a 50-state patchwork of incompatible liquor laws that prevents most mail-order shipments of alcohol.

Buffalo Trace's grown up more mature brother. Similar taste profile, but quite a bit more refined. Very enjoyable

Olive oil...just tell them its olive oil. I've shipped and received a lot of olive oil.

Aren't you in Cali? Blackwell's wills ship to prohibited states, I've gotten good stuff from them.

I have mailed numerous packages of alcohol. I don't tell them anything - I box, weigh, print label at home, drop it off.

Weller's red label (Antique 107) has not been available here in Columbus for sometime now. Rumor here is that there is a substantial price increase coming.

You have an excellent taste for smokey, heavily peated single malt. You will also want to try their Super Nova (if you ever find it) and also the newest release called "Drum" to mention a few. We have yet to get our hands on any of the "Twenty Something" We were at their distillery 2 years ago and did the limited tasting tour. I had emailed ahead of our visit asking if they could pull out all the stops for one of their devoted consumers ( my hubby) Ardbeg provided a top notch experience for sure with an outstanding tasting! We spent 10 days on Islay and toured all the distilleries open at the time.

Default Remy For The Win

Well. it's almost 7:00 on a Friday evening and I think I shall have a snifter (or two... or three) of Remy Martin VSOP Cognac. Remember, all Cognacs are brandies but not all brandies are Cognacs!
