Default Fast N' Loud New Bullit tribute tonight

Anyone catch tonight's episode of Fast N' Loud? Chad McQueen (Steve McQueen's son) had Richard and his team build a 68 Mustang fastback to film an updated version of Bullit on the same streets in San Francisco in a three day shoot. They didn't use a Charger for the bad guy's car this time but used a black Dodge Challenger instead. I'm sure the chase sequence will be posted up on You Tube soon. The thing I was most surprised about was the current value of 68 Mustang fastbacks. I Googled 68 Mustang fastbacks for sale and all the listed cars for sale were listed for unbelievable prices now no doubt because of the movie.

'Fast And Loud' is broadcast enough times, over and over, that you can pretty much see it any time of the day or night. I don't go out of my way to watch it, but sometimes when I'm having lunch, it will be on, so I watch. I really can't stand Richard Rawlings, as he's TOO loud and goofy. The quality of their builds, I don't know. Sometimes it looks like they really try to "do it right", and other times, it looks like they "bubba their way through it".....

Sure well if your going to get a mustang, the fastbacks are the ones you want. You never seen the going rate for 69 camaros. Even things that looked like it was sitting on the bottom of a salt lake bed for 40 yrs are worth 10k evidently.

I saw it and enjoyed it. Especially since Chad McQueen commissioned them to do this. The end result was a great re-enactment video using the same streets and camera angles etc. as the original. Rawlings or not, it was still worth the watch.

they had 32 days to find a car ,build the car then ship it out to California.how can you do that in that amount time and do it right. I have always liked the 1968 bulllit car,but at the prices that they are wanting today,i think I would rather buy a new one and have a warranty.

What I find disappointing, in many of these "car shows", is the self imposed, next to impossible deadlines that they try to work to. Either it's total insanity, or "ginned-up BS", for the sake of the show, and they ACTUALLY take whatever time is really required, to do it right.

Met him twice. He is such a dick. He was in first class in front of me talking **** to the old guy next to him about how Discovery needs him blah blah blah.....

The old guy just let him talk for a while.and when he finally could get a word in he mentioned his brother in-laws name who happened to be very high up with Discovery. Richard became a different person in an no time flat.

The first time I met him he was wearing sunglasses inside drinking a beer at 9 am. So cliche.

**** him.
