Just ride it out, as noted if you're on the schedule just show up early and play their own game, you'll get noticed in a positive way without creating a stir and move up as you're trying.

if we were only at that one site it wouldn't be the absolute worst thing to protect myself but driving 30 miles there to then have to turn around and drive back plus another 45miles to go to another site is just insane IMO.. multiple sites/posts with only 1 location having the schedule is the nightmare.

At my company we have an Ethics Advisor as well as an Ethics Hotline where we can anonymously report **** like this. The company also has a non-retaliation policy against whistle-blowers. You might check whether such a thing exists at your facility.

sounds like my only option would be potentially wasting several hours each day and almost possibly having to triple my daily mileage to simply cover my ***. damn, i was hoping i may of been missing something.

this day to day schedule is so damn annoying but i appreciate you guys trying to think out of the box and the laughs of erasing the board every day end of shift LOL

Is there someone there who you could call every morning who can look at the board to see if your assignment has changed?
