Default No Compression

My kid has a '97 Hyundai Accent. After a very cold morning startup the ran real bad. It had oil blowing out the oil filler cap in the valve cover. I did a compression check and #2 was at zero. The other 3 are Ok (150psi). I shot some WD-40 down there and still out zero. There is no hole in the block (that I can see). Do you think it's the rod or a hole in the piston or compression ring broke. My guess is the rod because of zero compression...
