That's good as long it works for you. For me to insure such a car as a Porsche it would still be too much whichever way I went. Plus the cost of parts on that car But the insurance would be the most costly.

You just have to drop the rear subframe (engine + transaxle) off the car.
Yeah, but in all seriousness, a couple of good wrench monkeys can drop it in a couple hours and then you pretty much can do whatever you want with wide open access.

Nope. Porsche 911 body lines were never in my top list of cars I lust for. Looks mean a lot to me in cars, besides performance of course. Independent of cost my top four most beautiful makes are (not in any particular order) Corvette C6, Viper, Aston Martin Vanquish, Ferrari F430.
