I have a 49 f1 im building and putting a 351 cleveland in it,but have been toying with the idea of maybe putting an ls1 into it instead. Also gone to be putting in a 51 grille instead of the 49.

You can put most anything in anything! All they are, are rolling engine stands. The frame dont know or cares whats between the rails.

used to be popular to put SBCs into mustangs. They called them muskrats. This is no joke. The old hot rod books used to be full of them.
