1994 cavalier Belt help
One of my friends needs a new alt. but we can't figure out how to release the tension on the serpentine belt. Any help would be appreciated.

Here's how you do it to a slightly newer version of this engine.

If you scroll down, you'll notice that one of the posters mentions that the older 2.0 and 2.2 engines do not have a tensioner, but the idler pulley can be rotated with a wrench to loosen tension of the belt.
