I'm not hating, I just think thats way too much for a Mustang thats a few years old. Yes I know its a SVT. Maybe a collector will want it or something.

First off, even if the car has NO miles, its only worth $26k-$28k. Second, the 04 cobra has revised heads and will not have the head tick. Thirdly, the 04's all came with the chrome wheels not the alloys. Better post the vin so we can check it. If its ligit and you will accept high twenty thousands then you will sell that thing in a second. I am a member of the local mustang club too and those low mile 04's are in HUGE demand, but nowhere NEAR what you are asking. If you can take $10K off the price, consider it sold. And post it for sale here with a correct price.

I had a 2004 Comp Orange Cobra with Kenny Brown suspension, 1530 miles I sold for 31,500. I agree 40k is high, but I think it will sell for more then high 20s. I would hold out and wait for the right buyer, you will get into the 30s at least.

40 huh? hmmmm i A-planned my 03 Cobra brand new with 2 miles for 31k, i think a NEW GT-500 is close to 40 A-plan.

Great looking cobra i will give this link to my son he has a 03 mach 1 and is a member of alot of mustang boards so he can shop it around for you

Try posting the car on Motown Muscle. You'll get less flack for it over there.

You won't be able to get a GT500 on a-plan. No dealer would sell them a-plan when they were getting 10k over sticker.
