My slowest owned was an 85' Shelby Charger Turbo that still did around 0-60 in7 flat stock. Each purchase has gotten faster from there.

I had a 1960 Ford Falcon with the base 144 CI six and 85 gross horsepower. "Gross" could be considered a pun in this context. Even with the 3-on-the-tree transmission, it was sloooooow. 0-60 was best measured with an egg timer.

The slowest car I ever owned would probably be a 1960 Studebaker Lark 6-cylinder automatic. It had the last old-design flathead 6 in 1960 and could hardly get out of its own way. We're talking 0 to 60 mph times on the order of 18 - 20 seconds. And to top it off, it only got around 17 mpg on average as an economy car. Not a good car.
In case you couldn't tell, I had this in college.

1970's something Fiat 128 ( I think that was the model ). Boxey sedan. What a POS. I was 16 at the time and wanted to buy it. My father said NO WAY! Wound up getting a '77 Camaro Type LT.

1970 VW Bus.
I once got a ticket doing 60 in a 55. I was probably doing 20, but the cop thought I looked like trouble. At the time, I had a Hammond C3, a Leslie 122, a Marshall full stack and misc guitars, cables, etc. inside. I (truthfully) explained to the judge that the ony way it would do 60 loaded like that was in free fall. Case dismissed.

I had 2 VW Camper Vans back in the 70s. The VW vans were slow to begin with then add a few 100 pounds of beds, sinks, ice chest etc and it gets even slower...
But, you know, they took my wife and I all over the country with a minimum of fuss and when we got where ever we were going we could live in them fairly comfortably (way better than a tent)!

1972 Plymouth Duster, 6 cyl, baby blue with the odd rust hole here and there. Don't know how slow it was, but I was scared to drive it on the highway for fear of being run over.

Well, I had the 1982 Camaro Berlinetta that only had the 2.8L carburated 6 cylinder engine. About 102 HP. Pretty weak for a "sporty" car. I guess nobody told me it as sporty, I just assumed...

Had a clean 62 Le Mans rag top with the 4 cyl engine.2 speed power glide tranny, shift lever was in the dash. The engine was a regular Pontiac v8 cut in half length wise. You did 0-60 in that thing in minuets not seconds.

i've never driven it, but its safe to assume that it was slower than my VW.
i really should get a new battery for that thing and drive it a little
