First gen CTS-Vs: market prices & for-sale forums?
Hi folks,
Thought I'd post up here to see where folks would look to get a sense of current market prices on the first gen CTS-V's.
And once I have that, are there any good forums where I might look for used ones for sale?
Thanks,
Scott

I was looking a few months back and the 04's were in the teens, and 05-07's seemed to be in the 20's and up.
decided a new G8 made more sense, but then was over ruled because we didnt need a 5th car....

For a super clean example I'd expect to pay mid 20's.
FWIW I've got a buddy with a 05 that has ~25K miles and is in excellent shape. He would consider selling but he is in Alabama so it would be a trip. PM me if you are interested.

Back in March I could have had a 2004 CTS-V (silver) in VG condition with 31K miles for $18,500. But now I see them with 60k miles asking $19+. I should have bought it but I just had too many cars at that time.

Thanks folks, I'm doing some early prospecting for a good friend.
Any good forums to browse for examples for sale?
I always like enthusiast forums for a first survey instead of autotrader.com and the like.
