Two quick questions

1. Can you put snow/winter tires only on the rear of a 4x4?

2. Does a squeaky serpentine belt mean that it's going bad and needs replaced?

All 4 tires should be matched ...
Try a belt dressing spray ..and check tension adjusting pully ...
