I just bought a winter truck, but its needs some cleanup. Specifically, how do you remove the "vintage" window tint from the rear window without damaging the rear defroster?

Notice the "vintage" in quotes. {sigh...} What make people do this stuff...

they use a dry cleaner steamer and pull away....

When I removed the tint from my Mustang, there was quite a bit of sticky residue left, which I managed to get rid of with nail polish remover.
