If you didn't have such bad luck with the V I would say keep it. Coming from both cars, the Camaro is a pig. Although it is a sick looking car it just does not have that aggressiveness of the V. This is nothing a tune probably couldn't help though playing with the torque management and stuff.

The V just felt so good in the twisties and was a joy to drive, it was a 2004 too.

The Camaro has a very high hoodline that makes it like driving a pickup truck with a chopped roof, there isn't to much visibility with the car.

Now if the Camaro had a turbo or something I would deff find it more enjoyable to drive, but it is just to big.

Think maybe I should hang out over on Cadillac forums for a bit before I decide.
V was right up there on my list, next to the 335i.
04-05 had rear end problems, as in they would leak (or break). Supposedly fixed in 06. I really wouldn't get anything but an 07 because of the 100k warranty.

335i is also a consideration for me. It looks pretty plain IMO though. Like it's missing some contour lines or something.

I think they are hideous. I would rather have an older CTS-V than a new Camaro. Supposedly they are not so impressive, either.

I seen them run at the track, and have run them at the track, they are not very quick,I was very dissapointed. Honestly try and get into a newer Cobra, you can get them VERY cheap, no way near the 50k asking price, they are the current muscle car kings. They are pigs, but can make much more HP than the Camaro. DR's, Pulley and tune= sick power.

IMO , The G8 has to be one of the ugliest cars in GM's lineup, its a cross between a grand am, and grand prix

I got to see a new SS Camaro driving down the road followed by a '69 SS. The new one made the old one look like a Miata size wise in comparison.

I do not like the new Camaros at all. Wouldn't **** on it if it was on fire, unless I could get the engine and seats.

Default The new Camaro was disappointing.....

In 1982, I bought a brand new Z28.......loved it......in 1989 bought a C4 vette......loved it more.......then went to trucks, duallies for towing horse trailers........started missing my fun cars, and saw the new Camaro and thought I had to have it.........waited until the dealers would even allow a test drive, and went to drive one. V6.....total waste of time $30K. V8 1SS was fun $39K, but like another poster said, it felt like driving a truck. I already have my dream truck, my 2005 GMC 1 ton dually, I wanted a fun car to drive again on those nice days..............so I bought a C6 vette.............no comparison to the Camarotruck and NO REGRETS either.
