There seems to be a lot of dealers doing this lately.

By best guess as to what happens is that they put the vehicle up on eBay to attract attention to it. But, they forget to set a reserve price. Yea it sux but they have to agree to eBay's terms of use and that is that all sales are final.

I think they will have to honor the ebay price, They would loose in court I would think. Good deal fo the buyers if the dealers come through.
