Huh? A six speed as opposed to what? That's all that is available in a GT-R (dual clutch automated manual six speed).

I post the videos because I'm a car guy, and I like watching quality videos of all kinds of fast cars. Since this is a part of the forum dedicated to "Other cars", I figured there would be people here who like watching the same type of videos.

Is that what they hit the 203 with? This car was hitting high 190s consistently, wonder what they did different? Vid says crank the boost up it'll do 210 so I assume they cranked it to hit the 203.

I meant it sounded like a manual 6 speed, vs the auto shifts of a typical GTR. I'm assuming they're using a somewhat delay to control the torque delivery

Here is the video of the AMS Evo that broke the 4 cylinder record of 228mph. It blew a rod at the end of the run and it caught on fire. Thank God Eric the driver wasn't hurt. If that didn't happen it would have gone faster for sure as they still were not ruining at full boost.
