California Smog and Supercharger question
I'm thinking of possibly obtaining a 2002 Viper that has had a ROE 5# boost supercharger added to the stock motor. How do you get it to pass smog in California? What do you need to do to get it to pass, as the car is from out of state? Thanks

The supercharger must have a C.A.R.B. sticker/plate or it will fail the visual part of the inspection. When my new C5 was registered here, the DMV had to verify that there was a certain sticker under the hood. I'm not sure about used vehicles, though. Just check with the CA DMV.
