Default Ferrari 599 GTO $$$$

Last Sunday there was a morning coffee cruise at the Avenue of East Cobb in Marietta, Georgia. The Ferrari trailer was there with some goodies including the 599 GTO. Hmmmm the window sticker was $441,410.

That's what I was thinking...I was gonna buy the 599 until I saw how crappy the gas mileage is.

Ferraris, particularly limited run Ferraris caring the hallowed "GTO" moniker are expensive!?!?! No way.

Bucknut,

That was the morning caffeine and octane cruise-in at the Panera Bread Company located at the Avenues of East Cobb on the first Sunday morning of each month.

(Normal cruise time = 8:00 to 11:00 AM and has been going year round, however at this month's cruise on Oct 3rd, the lot was near full by 8:00 AM --- )

It's always interesting to see what type of cars show up. Seems to have a bit of a European flair but a good mix of old car muscle as well. The last several times several hundred cars have shown up. This cruise was originally held on Saturdays but the merchants complained about the parking and thus it moved to the first Sunday of each month since the shops usually open later.

Next cruise should be Nov. 7th.

Awesome. Added it to my calendar. I think a co-worker drives his Challenger R/T up there sometimes.
