My question would be, "If you're gonna do it, why not do it so it looks good?"
I like the idea of installing an LS1 in a 911, but that looks like garbage. A twin turbo 6banger and dressed up engine bay would be more impressive to me.
It does have the potential to be purdy, I hope he is not finished yet.

I understand building a frankenstein car to add power the factory didn't supply and that I think is cool but from what I found on wikipedia (which never lies ) the 996 had something like 315hp and he put in an LS1 from a camaro that was rated at 300hp? I'm sure there has got to be something I'm missing, still a very achievement.
