Default 2004 F250 Lariat CCSB - 6.0 Powerstroke - $14500

2004 F250 Lariat Crew Cab
6.0 L Diesel Engine
150,500 mi
6 1/2' bed with Rhino Lining($350)
4" turbo back MBRP exhaust (powdercoated black) ($700)
New Alternator ($215)
New Batteries ($230)
JUST INSTALLED A SINISTER EGR DELETE KIT ON 10/23 ($300)
Oil cooler rebuild kit from Ford (INSTALLED 10/23) ($250) - also flushed coolant and replaced with new Motorcraft Gold as well as did another oil change.
Rebuilt Fuel Pressure Regulator, replaced coolant hose & fuel filters ($700) - work done by Wabash Truck on West side
New Dieselsite.com boots on Intercooler piping ($330)
New rotors and ceramic pads at all 4 corners ($450)
Truck has the adjustable pedals and power rear window
17-20mpg depending on what type of driving
Power leather seats with heaters
Also has a gooseneck receiver welded in, but when I had the bed liner done they sprayed over it. A 2" diameter hole would have to be cut in the liner with a razor blade.

Truck is not perfect but is very nice. There are some scratches that were on it when I bought it, but it's a truck so I expected that. When I bought it in June of 2009, the truck had 115,800 miles. I drive over 300 miles roundtrip to work on the interstate weekly and have to drive for work a lot. Most of the miles are interstate. I have done oil changes at every 7500 miles with Rotella T and a Motorcraft filter.

Thanks for looking. I think this is a very reasonable starting price for the truck considering the low end for the blue book value is 17,300 and I have replaced a lot of the problem parts that are notorious on these trucks. I am open to offers as well.

Well I am one to get as much as I can for anything. I just thought that since no one has replied. Good luck with the sale. I only wish I had the money to get that. I have an F150 and need to move up a couple levels !!

$16,500 is very reasonable for a crew cab. $20k is more the norm around here.

I'd link some pics in the thread... make it easy for people to see it, don't expect them to email you and then get some photos sent to them.

sorry.. not for a 04 6.0 Powerstroke.. yes, if it had the replacement head studs and head gaskets.. but to do those, requires you remove the cab..

Here is a link to Craigslist where you can see some exterior pictures. I have a lot more pictures available as well as some videos of the truck starting and idling etc. http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/cto/2154042109.html

Studs and new gaskets are not needed on a stock 6.0 and since I never planned on making more power in the truck, I found this unnecessary. Also, the cab does not have to come off to do this job. There are plenty of write-ups from people who have done the gaskets and studs with the cab on. With that being said, most mechanics who do this job will take the cab off because they have the equipment to do so (lifts etc) and it is easier to work on these trucks with the cabs off (Ford engineers made the 6.0 difficult to work on)

As I stated in a previous post, my asking price is a starting point. If you are really interested, I can send you more pics and I am open to offers. I am by no means trying to rip anyone off. I will tell you anything and everything that you want to know about the truck. I live in Indianapolis and all of the trucks similar to mine are in the same price range.

yes I'm interested.. but it will be this fall before I'm going to pony up the cash for a gently used Powerstroke F250/F350..

looks like it's a 4x4? can't tell from the photos if it says that on the back of the bed or not.

The truck is a 4x4 and both 4 high and 4 low work very well. The truck actually has the 4WD selector on the floor instead of the **** on the dash. I personally like this mechanical shifter better than the **** on the dash because I can physically feel when the 4wd is activated.

I have not been pushing the sale of the truck very hard because it has been nice to have it through the winter (especially because of all the snow we have had this year), but I am really wanting to get rid of the truck by the end of February/beginning of March because I will be getting the Z back out to drive and I am moving to Florida for work at the beginning of April and don't want to have 2 vehicles when I move.
