Default $5000 Budget looking for used full size pick-up

Need a work truck. I narrowed it down to the most obvious choices

Im expecting given my price range and research that miles will be anywhere from 100k-200k+ Trying to be somewhere in the middle

Ext cabs

Tundra 1st gen ( considered t100 but all are beat to shi* in my area)
F150 99-2001
Silverado 98-2001

Again $5k budget what would you get and why...

My last ( and first ) truck was a 1994 regular cab short bed V6 4.3 - Maroon...I looked like the local gardener driving that thing around town

1996-1998 Extended Cab Chevy Z71 would be my choice. The Fords are good but they are a pain to work on. I assume you are prepared to make repairs on a truck that old.

Default '03 Sierra

Lucked out and found this '03 Sierra 4.8/5-Speed in Winter '10 for my son...would fit within your budget including the wheels. Love this truck!
