looking to trade or sell. 3/4 acre lot in Franklin NC
Looking to try or sell my lot in Franklin NC. Located outside of town on Rt 28 along the Little Tenn River.
Paying taxes on 15.9K
Will sell outright for 12.5K or trade of 74 to 77 corvette, or Trans Am, jeep, truck. Or something that interest me.
Was to be a project with my dad but he's no longer with us and lost interest. Perk test about 5 yrs ago approved for 3 bed/ 2 bath home. Dont know how long there good for?
