I have been chasing a oil leak on my buick century.

I thought it might be the rear main... so I removed the flywheel cover to discover the flywheel is bone dry.

Then I looked up to see the outside top of the bell housing is lightly dusted with oil. The starter has a lot of oil on it. The oil filter is bone dry.

I'm wondering if this is the notorious intake manifold gasket?
