I installed a new TSP HCI 408 this year. Car still has stock exhaust and converter and a 75mm TB. I took it to the track on a whim early in the tuning process running 11.5:1 afr, on street tires, traction control stuck on due to a wheel speed sensor malfunction, 2.1 second 60' and 12.3 at 119 mph. Of course all my Mustang friends gave me crap for running 12s in a built 408 Corvette. So here is what I showed them during a visit in Mexico:

First, this car ran back to back to back 12.0s on 8 psi. Really nice build and impressive car that ran very consistent on those drag radials. He upped it to 12 psi on E85 to run me. Here is what happened:


Then my other buddy with the faster car was ready to show me what's up and brought out his 85 GT. He's had the car for 15+ years, ran 10.9 on 5 psi and 10.4 on 10 psi recently. He brought it out on his usual slicks. I found out later that he had been testing the car out that day and getting it just right on 10 psi on the street. Here is what happened:


And this is another Mustang friend with an unknown timed intercooled turbo 5.3L LS on 9 psi:


Should have converter and exhaust installed by next Spring.
