Can you answer the following:
1) show the VIR info. what day, what driver, specifically what tires they had on and the times?
2) Milford - again, what day, driver, tires and times?

The Z06 beat the ZR1 at VIR and Milford by the SAME driver. Try that for debunked. The Z06 fastest magazine test in the 1/4 is faster than the ZR1s. We havent seen the Z06 at Laguna so nice fail on that point.
The Z06 is far far better than the ZR1 over all. So whats the issues?

The Milford was also Jim Mero testing as far as I know both times.
You can also see the Z06 eat Road Atlanta with a 1:29 on YT as well as GM released videos.
Im sure the Viper boys will have fit when the Z06 beats the TA at Laguna as well with Pobst.

Not hoping for anything other than for you to have data backing up your claims.
The reason you are having difficulty, particularly on Milford is nobody knows if it was the same day, what year ZR1, what tires or the times.
Again, post the videos and the times so all can see.

As for Milford GM have stated that the C7 Z was faster there again. Then the blistering time at Road Atlanta. So far so good.. dont you think. Remember its early days and all the comparisons are coming. Happy days.

You don't know anything about Milford other than what GM told you, which was "it was faster"
You don't know anything about Road Atlanta relative to others for the same day/driver.
Your not willing to post a YT for VIR as your data point.
Come on now, when you are trying to convince/prove to others that your claims are true (which is the position you are in), you need to add more. If your case is obvious, it should be easy to show.

Im not having any difficulty knowing and seeing that the C7 Z06 is faster than the ZR1 around the track. So if you want to see the VIR video's then go on YT and get it. Its right there for ya.

- Lack of the progressive ideas that kept weight down in previous generations
- additional wear and tear and more expense for tires and brakes.

Lets talk about that... '

Does anyone actually care about turning abilities in the real world? A quick youtube search shows million upon million of videos with highway pulls of x car vs x car. Sure its cool bragging rights to run the nurburgring in 7:xx:xx but beyond that who cares. I don't. I doubt anyone on this forum could even be within 10 seconds of a top nurburg time set for their car. Turning ability is a weak argument that people throw when they lose. It always has been and it always will be. The highway pull will always be the benchmark for "is my car faster than yours" because its is 100% accessible and 100% of drivers can manage to floor it in a straight line.
