About 10 years ago, I traded the Lola T-70 for these three cars.
My Lola was originally owned and raced by James Garner (Rockford files, Maverick, etc.,) and then George Lucas used the Lola in his first full length movie, THX 1138, driven by Robert Duvall. Then I had it for over thirty years, kept it all original, and drove it probably less than a thousand miles. A gentleman from Belgium found out that I had it, and made me an offer I could not refuse.
Last time I checked up on where the Lola was, it was in France with an asking price of about two million US dollars. Lola T-70 GT Coupe, serial #SL73-117. I am very grateful and thankful for the time I was able to spend with the Lola, but I have had much more fun with the three cars I received in the trade. And the value of the Ford GT Heritage edition, by itself, is approaching what the Lola brought. And I wound up getting the dealership for the Ariel Atoms, after I found out what incredible cars they are, and have since sold twenty five of them, and have three Atoms of my own now. So it was a good trade for both parties.
Cheers,

Sounds like a great deal you made Eddie. The T 70 are beautiful cars but I think you did alright!
