There's more to it than just acceleration. The sound, the feel, the smells...driving a car is an experience. It's not just one thing that makes it that way.

You can't turn off the radio and just listen yo your engine in a tesla lol

Headlights on high beam, defroster and HVAC, wipers on high, sound system thumping those tunes, how far are we going now?

How come Teslas perform so well, but are styled to look like a 90's Oldsmobile? Remarkable that my SC'd Corvette would lose to a 5000lb 4-door. Yes, the EV's are coming.

But he asked if you've ever driven a Tesla.

I'd like to know the answer to that question too.

Also, FYI after awhile for some of us, the smell, the sound and the feel of an ICE vehicle, it becomes apparent that none of those are necessary in order to have a great driving experience, a 21st century driving experience.

I've skipped the sound/racket, the smell/fumes and the feel/vibration for the degree of acceleration that my Ludicrous equipped Tesla offers.

I don't miss either the sound, the feel or the smell of an equally quick ICE vehicle any more than I miss dial up Internet.

But again, have you driven a Tesla?
