Yes it is. The car originally had a white top but the car sits outside and didn't want to fight the dirt. I've tried selling it recently but just got tired of dealing with morons so I'm going to keep it and one of these days straighten it out. Cars got rust in the quarters but none in the trunk pan and the only rust in the floor pan is from a leaky heater core, this car will never get a V8 as long as I own it.
