This isn't new tech, it has been around for years and recently discussed here on the forum. Companies like Killer-Chiller have offering these solutions aftermarket, and generally work well.

Freon chiller on IC..
trans brake
2-step
more power
less weight (than before)
drag radials and skinnies
steeper rear end ratio
factory CAI
launch/drag mode
huge hood scoop
I'm becoming envious, I must admit.

Fantastic. Dodge has figured out how to grab their audience and feed them candy, understanding that few of them will actually buy that product. Hellcat promotion sells "normal" SRTs and R/Ts.
There won't be many Demons, but the marketing buzz among muscle car guys is inescapable. A trans brake and DRs on a production car??? What???
More of us (Hellcat Challenger owners) will be asking, "which Demon parts can we buy from the MOPAR Performance catalog?"
As for adding this tech to the LT4... yes, please! Summertime at the drags!

Just spray it with pure methanol. Problem solved. It's progressive, cheap and on demand. I run Julio's kit on my street/strip drag car so it truly has dual personalities. Pump gas all the time, and if get into boost, it starts spraying alky and cools the intake a ton and more power with more boost.
