Default 2017 R8 v10 plus vs 2016 turbo s

Gonna make a switch to something a little more expensive,
I got to test drive two great card today, the R8 v10 plus and a 2016 Porsche turbo s.
The Porsche doesn't feel as fast as the review say it's and it wasn't the unicorn that everyone says it is! The R8 totally different story too me it was both gorgeous and exhilarating,
How in the hell can they make 410 lbs of tourqe feel so good it feels like your on a gsxr1300!

You cannot go wrong with either of those. You can also get a base spec LP580 for about the same price.

Turbo S would be the choice if you want maximum repeatable numbers for bragging rights. It does this with merciless cyborg-like consistency.

R8 for a true Saturday afternoon experience. As much as I love turbos, I'd have to go with the 8500 rpm V-10 scream.

I'd pick the Turbo S.

Can also get a McLaren 570S start at $188K, Huracan LP580 - 199K... I'd take either of those over the R8 or the TTS

The 570S ran a 10.2 1/4 mile also... pretty nuts for the price and being an "exotic". Keeps up with all the hyper car big boys.

Both are amazing cars to own. Would have to say the R8 is the more civilized vehicle than the Turbo S. The Turbo is a screamer whereas the R8 will move without you knowing it.

If you're throwing McLaren in then that's what I'd pick. Mmmm

Between the R8 and the 911, I'd get the R8. It has more character and looks better, is likely to "feel" more special. The 911 just blends into everyday life seamlessly, and if I'm spending that much on a car, I want one that doesn't blend in.
