Definitely my favorite time of the year the very beginning of summer! Hanging with my beloved 1967 Camaro SS at the first Village of Westmont Cool Car Cruise Night of the year. She looks her best under the lights at night. Anyone into cool car cruise nights in the western suburbs of Chicago this is a great show with live music, food, beer, like a summer street fest, every Thursday night on Cass Ave., in the Village of Westmont (June through August). They block off about 5 city blocks for this event and get about 300 to 400 cars and tons of people walking around. Not a lot of activity going on in my pictures as its the very end of the night after most folks and cars had cleared out.
565 c.i. Dart Big block (10.5 compression) runs on pump gas but sounds more like its 11.5 compression

Reverse manual body Turbo 400 Trans with 4,500 stall
Ford 9 inch rear end with 4.10 gears.
750 HP on motor only, 93 octane pump gas
250 HP dual shot of N20 bringing total HP (at crank) to 1,000 HP.
Has run 10.00 on motor and 8.90 on spray but now she is retired to the street.
