Can you help name the cool 2 door suv i saw?

Can you help name the cool 2 door suv i saw?
In traffic we see a flat black 2 door suv,
No emblems and i really liked it but havent a clue what it was,
The rear tire carrier was more styled into the rear hatch and it had a very flowing nice roof rack,
It had an import feel but tought ish looking likely not brand new perhaps as old as 10 to 15 years, im guessing,
i looked at land rovers and cruisers and nothing like it so far,
Any guesses with my vauge details?

I googled two door suv’s And nothing interesting showed up. The closest thing I can think of is the Jaguar suv, but it’s not two door. Keep us posted.

Of those the closest was the
isuzu vehicross
But the one i saw the spare tire was to the right or pass side and the roof rack was bulky but cool looking,
The 2 door thing stood out to me,
My wife things its an import and not as high end i i thought, i was flat black done well which also hides details, i saw it for less than 5 mins the guy drove fast,
It was also on somewhat big tires a little lifted,
Im in the market for another car but normally i like weird hard to find stuff i cant afford like the bmw 8 series with pop up lights lol, or nissan skylines

I havent updated because i havent solved the puzzle,
I saw it from rear and side side rear and i was mistaken when i said vehicross,
The side making me think it was 2 door was very much like the fj cruisers, the roof rack on the fj was about right but what i saw had the spare either in a hard cover or part of the rear door and where the fj has more of a horizontal tail light what i saw had a more vertical tail light,
