I'm not trying to bash, but I'm gonna say I was searching used BMWs for my son as a first car. Last Wednesday I bought a '14 320i CPO with 34k miles AND remaining factory warranty and maintenance schedule for $14,750 from a local BMW dealer. Your car is nice, as I did look it over but it's 10 years old, no warranty, and no scheduled maintenance included. You may be stuck with it for some time. Again, I'm not bashing on you, just letting you know you may set on this for a while.

Not taking that as a "bash", however I'm not sure you're comparing like vehicles. 320 vs 335? Secondary to that, there are maintenance records at the dealer, as stated in the postibg. Third, I'm very flexible on price, as also stated.

What's KBB/NADA?

We sold my wife's '11 335 a few years ago and took a bath on it. Nice car, but they just don't stop depreciating like a rock

NADA is roughly $11k. Market is fetching $12-13k based on comparable sales I've seen. But, as stated, I'm flexible on price.
