In all my years, I've never seen a transmission flush ever make an improvement. I've seen a few that made the issue worse. A flush is preventative maintenance, not a repair.

If just shifting a little funny then yes a flush MAY cure it, did on both of my Tahoes. If it is a CVT then no a flush will not cure it.
